Questa pagina spiega come cancellare il tuo account Padel Duel e i dati collegati. La procedura è gratuita e non devi giustificare la richiesta.
Come fare richiesta
- Invia un'email a luca.dinardo3@gmail.com dall'indirizzo con cui ti sei registrato: è l'unico modo che abbiamo per verificare che l'account sia tuo.
- Scrivi come oggetto Cancellazione account Padel Duel e indica nel testo il tuo nickname di gioco, se lo ricordi.
- Riceverai una conferma via email. Se la richiesta è arrivata dall'indirizzo registrato non ti chiederemo altri documenti.
Scrivi l'email di cancellazione
Quanto tempo serve
L'account viene eliminato entro 30 giorni dalla richiesta, di norma entro pochi giorni lavorativi.
Cosa viene cancellato
- Il tuo profilo utente e le credenziali di accesso (email, identificativo, accesso con Google).
- Il nickname.
- Crediti virtuali, punti classifica, statistiche di vittorie, sconfitte e game.
- La lingua e le preferenze salvate sul server.
- L'identificativo del dispositivo associato all'account.
- Le eventuali partite ancora aperte o in coda, che vengono chiuse e rimosse.
Dopo la cancellazione non è possibile recuperare nulla: crediti, acquisti sbloccati e progressi sono persi in modo definitivo. Se in futuro vorrai tornare, dovrai creare un account nuovo, ripartendo da zero.

Attenzione: cancellare l'account non annulla né rimborsa gli acquisti già effettuati. Per i rimborsi devi rivolgerti a Google Play. E se hai installato l'app su più dispositivi, ricordati di disinstallarla: le preferenze locali (audio, lingua, avatar) restano sul telefono finché non disinstalli o non svuoti i dati dell'app.
Vuoi cancellare solo una parte dei dati
Puoi anche chiedere di correggere i tuoi dati, di riceverne una copia, o di cancellare solo alcune informazioni (per esempio il nickname) mantenendo l'account. Scrivi allo stesso indirizzo spiegando cosa ti serve. I tuoi diritti sono descritti per intero nell' informativa sulla privacy.

This page explains how to delete your Padel Duel account and the data linked to it. The process is free and you do not have to give a reason.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to luca.dinardo3@gmail.com from the address you registered with: it is the only way for us to verify the account is yours.
- Use the subject Padel Duel account deletion and include your in-game nickname in the message, if you remember it.
- You will receive a confirmation by email. If the request comes from the registered address, we will not ask you for any further documents.
How long it takes
The account is deleted within 30 days of the request, normally within a few working days.
What gets deleted
- Your user profile and sign-in credentials (email, user ID, Google Sign-In link).
- Your nickname.
- Virtual credits, ranking points, win, loss and game statistics.
- Language and preferences stored on the server.
- The device identifier associated with the account.
- Any matches still open or queued, which are closed and removed.
Nothing can be recovered after deletion: credits, unlocked purchases and progress are permanently lost. If you want to come back later, you will need to create a new account and start from scratch.
What is kept, and for how long

Please note: deleting your account does not cancel or refund purchases already made. For refunds you need to contact Google Play. Also, if you installed the app on more than one device, remember to uninstall it: local preferences (audio, language, avatar) stay on the phone until you uninstall the app or clear its data.
If you only want part of your data removed
You can also ask us to correct your data, send you a copy of it, or delete only certain information (your nickname, for instance) while keeping the account. Write to the same address explaining what you need. Your rights are described in full in the privacy policy.
