Questi termini regolano l'uso dell'applicazione Padel Duel
Usando l'app accetti quanto segue. Se non sei d'accordo, non usarla.
1. Chi fornisce il servizio
Padel Duel è pubblicato e gestito da Out of the Court di Dinardo Luca, ditta individuale con sede in Modena, Italia, P.IVA IT04231760366.
Prezzi
Prezzi in Italia, IVA inclusa.
6. Comportamento in partita
12. Modifiche ai termini
Possiamo aggiornare questi termini.

These terms govern your use of the Padel Duel app
(package com.padelduel.app), a tactical card game set in the world of padel.
By using the app you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Who provides the service
Padel Duel is published and operated by Out of the Court di Dinardo Luca, a sole trader based in Modena, Italy, VAT number IT04231760366. The same business sells you the credits and issues the receipts.
Contact: info@outofthecourt.com
2. Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old (14 in Italy and in other EU countries that set a higher digital consent age). If you are a minor you need the consent of a parent or guardian, particularly for in-app purchases.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done through your account.
- One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits, welcome bonuses or penalties is prohibited.
- You may not sell, rent, transfer or share your account.
- Your nickname must not be offensive, discriminatory or misleading (for example impersonating another player or the staff) and must not infringe anyone's rights. We reserve the right to change or reset it.
4. Licence to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Padel Duel for your own entertainment. You do not acquire ownership of the game or any part of it.
You may not: decompile, disassemble or modify the app; use bots, modified emulators, altered clients or automation to play; exploit bugs to gain credits or wins; interfere with the servers; or bulk-extract game data or content.
5. Virtual credits and purchases
The game uses virtual credits to enter matches and unlock content. These matter, so read this part carefully:
- Credits are not money and have no real-world value. They cannot be converted into money, transferred between accounts, or sold or traded outside the game.
- Credits are a limited right of use inside Padel Duel, not property you own.
- You also earn them by playing, for free: buying them is always optional.
Who sells them to you
The seller is Out of the Court di Dinardo Luca: the purchase contract is with us, not with Google. Payment is collected on our behalf by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., which handles card data for us: your card number never passes through our systems. You receive the receipt by email right after payment.
When you tap a pack you leave the app and pay on a secure Stripe page. This is the flow required by Google's external offers programme: the warning screen you see before leaving the app is Google's, not ours.
Prices
Prices in Italy, VAT included. In other countries the amount can differ because of local taxes and currency: what you actually pay is always shown on the payment page before you confirm.
| Credits | Price |
|---|---|
| 200 | €3.99 |
| 500 | €8.99 |
| 1000 | €15.99 |
| 2100 | €29.99 |
Credits appear in the game as soon as the payment confirmation reaches us, usually within seconds. If they do not arrive, write to us and we will credit them by hand.
Refunds and right of withdrawal
The full conditions are on the Refunds and withdrawal page, which forms part of these terms. In short: you can ask for a refund within 14 days by writing to us. When we refund, we remove the corresponding credits; if you have already spent them your balance drops to zero and never goes below.
6. Conduct in matches
Cheating, systematically abandoning matches to distort the rankings, harassing or insulting other players, and any unlawful conduct are prohibited. In case of breach we may suspend or close the account and reset points and credits obtained unfairly, with no refund of amounts spent.
7. Service availability
Padel Duel is an online service: it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, failures or causes outside our control. We do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may modify, add or remove features and content, and rebalance game rules, including those affecting credits.
If the service were ever to shut down permanently, we would announce it with reasonable notice inside the app and on this site.
8. Intellectual property
The name, logo, artwork, cards, texts, rules, code and sounds of Padel Duel belong to the author and are protected by copyright. You may record and publish videos or images of your matches, including monetised ones, as long as they do not imply an official partnership and do not distribute the app or its content.
9. Limitation of liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for loss of data, virtual credits or game progress. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, nor any consumer rights that cannot be waived by agreement.
10. Suspension and closure
You may stop at any time by uninstalling the app or requesting account deletion. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms or use the service fraudulently. Closure means any remaining virtual credits are lost and are not refundable.
11. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page, with an updated date at the top. Continuing to play after the announcement means you accept the new terms; if you do not accept them, you can close your account.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
Italian law applies. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the mandatory rules of your country of residence still apply and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform has been discontinued since 20 July 2025. For a dispute you can contact the European Consumer Centre in your country or the competent alternative dispute resolution bodies. Before that, though, write to us: almost everything gets solved with an email.
