hai. È scritta per essere letta davvero: se qualcosa non ti è chiaro, scrivimi.
1. Chi tratta i tuoi dati
Il titolare del trattamento è Out of the court di Dinardo Luca (P.IVA IT04231760366), con sede in Italia. Padel Duel è un prodotto della stessa ditta.

Non è stato nominato un Responsabile della protezione dei dati (DPO) perché non ricorrono le condizioni previste dall'art. 37 del GDPR.
2. Quali dati raccogliamo
2.1 Dati dell'account
Per giocare online serve un account. A seconda del metodo scelto raccogliamo:
- Registrazione con email e password: indirizzo email e un identificativo utente generato automaticamente. La password non viene mai vista né conservata da noi: è gestita direttamente da Firebase Authentication in forma cifrata.
- Accesso con Google: indirizzo email e identificativo utente forniti da Google. Non riceviamo la tua password Google.
- Nickname scelto da te al primo ingresso, visibile agli altri giocatori. Non sei obbligato a usare il tuo nome vero, anzi: ti consigliamo di non farlo.
2.2 Dati di gioco
- Crediti virtuali, punti classifica, partite vinte e perse, game vinti e persi.
- Dati delle partite online: mosse, carte giocate, punteggio, avversario, data e ora. Servono a far funzionare la partita in tempo reale e a chiuderla correttamente se qualcuno si disconnette.
- Lingua dell'interfaccia e data di creazione dell'account.
2.3 Acquisti in-app
Gli acquisti avvengono interamente dentro Google Play. Noi non vediamo e non riceviamo mai il numero della tua carta, l'indirizzo di fatturazione o altri dati di pagamento. Riceviamo da Google solo la conferma tecnica dell'acquisto (identificativo del prodotto e token della transazione), che usiamo per accreditarti quello che hai comprato ed evitare accrediti doppi.
2.4 Dati tecnici
- Un identificativo del dispositivo, usato per limitare la creazione di account multipli dallo stesso telefono e contrastare gli abusi.
- Log tecnici dei server (indirizzo IP, orario della richiesta, tipo di errore) generati automaticamente dall'infrastruttura Google Cloud e conservati per un periodo limitato a fini di sicurezza e diagnostica.
2.5 Dati che restano solo sul tuo telefono
Alcune preferenze non lasciano mai il dispositivo e non ci vengono trasmesse: volume e audio, lingua, avatar scelto, tutorial già visto, modalità di gioco preferita. Si cancellano disinstallando l'app o svuotando i dati dell'app.
2.6 Statistiche d'uso
Il progetto Firebase su cui gira Padel Duel include Google Analytics for Firebase
(property GA4 G-7PVL8EE9DH). Quando questa funzione è attiva raccoglie, in forma
aggregata, eventi d'uso — apertura dell'app, schermate visitate, partite iniziate e concluse,
errori — insieme a un identificativo pseudonimo dell'installazione, al modello di dispositivo,
al sistema operativo, alla lingua e al paese ricavato dall'indirizzo IP. Servono a capire quali
parti del gioco funzionano e quali no, non a identificarti come persona né a mostrarti pubblicità.
Stato al momento di questo aggiornamento: la property statistica esiste nel progetto, ma l'app pubblicata non invia ancora eventi. La raccolta verrà attivata in una versione successiva. Nell'Unione Europea la attiveremo solo dopo il tuo consenso, richiesto con un avviso dedicato al primo avvio e revocabile in qualsiasi momento dalle impostazioni del gioco. Aggiorneremo questa pagina e la dichiarazione «Sicurezza dei dati» su Google Play prima che la raccolta parta.
2.7 Pubblicità
Oggi Padel Duel non contiene pubblicità. Non escludiamo di introdurla in futuro, per esempio come video facoltativi che regalano crediti. Se e quando accadrà, prima dell'attivazione aggiorneremo questa informativa indicando il fornitore utilizzato e, per gli utenti nell'Unione Europea, chiederemo il consenso tramite un banner dedicato: senza consenso non verranno usati identificativi pubblicitari né dati per la personalizzazione degli annunci.
Cosa NON facciamo. Padel Duel non mostra pubblicità, non usa identificativi pubblicitari, non profila i giocatori a scopo di marketing, non vende né cede i tuoi dati a terzi per finalità commerciali, e non accede a rubrica, fotocamera, microfono, posizione, file o SMS. L'unica autorizzazione richiesta dall'app è l'accesso a Internet. Le statistiche d'uso descritte al punto 2.6, quando saranno attive, sono aggregate e servono solo a migliorare il gioco.

4. Con chi condividiamo i dati
Solo con i fornitori tecnici necessari a far funzionare il gioco, che agiscono come responsabili del trattamento per nostro conto:
- Google Firebase (Google Ireland Limited) — autenticazione, database dei profili, database in tempo reale delle partite, funzioni server.
- Google Play (Google Ireland Limited) — distribuzione dell'app e gestione dei pagamenti.
- Google Analytics for Firebase (Google Ireland Limited) — statistiche d'uso aggregate, quando la funzione sarà attiva e avrai dato il consenso.
Possiamo inoltre comunicare dati all'autorità giudiziaria o alle forze dell'ordine se obbligati per legge. Al di fuori di questi casi, nessun dato viene ceduto a nessuno.
5. Dove sono conservati i dati
I dati sono ospitati sull'infrastruttura Google Cloud. Google può trattarli anche in paesi fuori dallo Spazio Economico Europeo, in particolare negli Stati Uniti: in quel caso il trasferimento è coperto dalle Clausole Contrattuali Standard approvate dalla Commissione Europea e dal Data Privacy Framework UE-USA.
6. Per quanto tempo li conserviamo
- Account e dati di gioco: finché l'account esiste. Se chiedi la cancellazione, vengono eliminati entro 30 giorni.
- Partite concluse: i dati della partita in tempo reale vengono eliminati poco dopo la fine dell'incontro; nel profilo restano solo i totali (vittorie, sconfitte, punti).
- Log tecnici dei server: conservati da Google per un periodo limitato secondo le impostazioni predefinite di Google Cloud.
- Ricevute di acquisto: conservate da Google Play secondo le sue policy, anche dopo la cancellazione dell'account, per obblighi fiscali e di rimborso.
- Statistiche d'uso (quando attive): conservate da Google Analytics for Firebase secondo l'impostazione di conservazione scelta nel progetto, comunque non oltre 14 mesi per i dati a livello di utente e di evento.
7. I tuoi diritti
In qualsiasi momento puoi chiedere di: accedere ai tuoi dati, correggerli, cancellarli, limitarne il trattamento, opporti al trattamento fondato sul legittimo interesse, e ricevere i tuoi dati in formato leggibile da una macchina (portabilità).

Se ritieni che i tuoi dati siano trattati in modo scorretto puoi proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it) o all'autorità di controllo del paese in cui risiedi.
8. Minori
Padel Duel non è destinato a bambini sotto i 13 anni e non raccoglie consapevolmente i loro dati. Nei paesi dell'Unione Europea in cui l'età minima per il consenso digitale è superiore ai 13 anni, vale l'età prevista dalla legge locale (in Italia 14 anni). Se sei un genitore e pensi che tuo figlio abbia creato un account senza il tuo consenso, scrivici: lo elimineremo.
9. Sicurezza
L'accesso ai dati è protetto dalle regole di sicurezza di Firebase, che consentono a ogni giocatore di leggere e scrivere solo i propri dati. Le operazioni delicate (crediti, esito delle partite, acquisti) sono eseguite esclusivamente dal server, mai dall'app, proprio per impedire manomissioni. Tutte le comunicazioni tra app e server viaggiano cifrate in HTTPS. Nessun sistema è invulnerabile, ma questi sono gli accorgimenti che adottiamo.
10. Modifiche a questa informativa
Se cambiamo qualcosa di rilevante aggiorneremo questa pagina e la data in alto. Se la modifica riguarda il modo in cui usiamo i tuoi dati, te lo segnaleremo dentro l'app al primo avvio utile.

rights you have. It is written to actually be read: if anything is unclear, get in touch.
1. Who handles your data
The data controller is Out of the court di Dinardo Luca (VAT IT04231760366), based in Italy. Padel Duel is a product of the same business.

No Data Protection Officer has been appointed, as the conditions of Article 37 GDPR do not apply.
2. What we collect
2.1 Account data
An account is required to play online. Depending on the sign-in method we collect:
- Email and password sign-up: your email address and an automatically generated user ID. We never see or store your password: it is handled directly by Firebase Authentication in encrypted form.
- Google Sign-In: the email address and user ID provided by Google. We never receive your Google password.
- Nickname, chosen by you on first launch and visible to other players. You are not required to use your real name, and we recommend you don't.
2.2 Gameplay data
- Virtual credits, ranking points, matches won and lost, games won and lost.
- Online match data: moves, cards played, score, opponent, date and time. This is what makes real-time play work and lets a match close correctly if someone disconnects.
- Interface language and account creation date.
2.3 In-app purchases
Purchases happen entirely inside Google Play. We never see or receive your card number, billing address or any other payment details. From Google we only receive the technical confirmation of the purchase (product ID and transaction token), which we use to credit what you bought and to prevent duplicate credits.
2.4 Technical data
- A device identifier, used to limit multiple accounts created from the same phone and to counter abuse.
- Server technical logs (IP address, request time, error type) generated automatically by the Google Cloud infrastructure and kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
2.5 Data that stays on your phone
Some preferences never leave your device and are never sent to us: audio and volume, language, chosen avatar, whether you have seen the tutorial, preferred game mode. They are removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
2.6 Usage statistics
The Firebase project behind Padel Duel includes Google Analytics for Firebase
(GA4 property G-7PVL8EE9DH). When this feature is switched on it collects, in aggregate
form, usage events — app opens, screens viewed, matches started and finished, errors — together with
a pseudonymous installation identifier, device model, operating system, language and the country
derived from your IP address. Its purpose is to understand which parts of the game work and which do
not; it does not identify you as a person and is not used to show you ads.
Status at the date of this update: the analytics property exists in the project, but the published app does not send events yet. Collection will be enabled in a later version. In the European Union we will enable it only after obtaining your consent, requested through a dedicated notice on first launch and withdrawable at any time from the game settings. We will update this page and the Google Play “Data safety” declaration before collection starts.
2.7 Advertising
Padel Duel currently contains no advertising. We may introduce it in the future, for example as optional videos that reward credits. If and when that happens, we will update this policy before switching it on, naming the provider used, and for users in the European Union we will ask for consent through a dedicated banner: without consent, no advertising identifiers or ad personalisation data will be used.
What we do NOT do. Padel Duel shows no advertising, uses no advertising identifiers, does not profile players for marketing, does not sell or rent your data to third parties for commercial purposes, and does not access your contacts, camera, microphone, location, files or messages. The only permission the app requests is Internet access. The usage statistics described in 2.6, once active, are aggregated and serve only to improve the game.
3. Why we process this data, and on what legal basis

4. Who we share data with
Only with the technical providers needed to run the game, acting as processors on our behalf:
- Google Firebase (Google Ireland Limited) — authentication, profile database, real-time match database, server functions.
- Google Play (Google Ireland Limited) — app distribution and payment processing.
- Google Analytics for Firebase (Google Ireland Limited) — aggregated usage statistics, once the feature is active and you have given consent.
We may also disclose data to courts or law enforcement where legally required. Outside of these cases, no data is passed to anyone.
5. Where data is stored
Data is hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. Google may also process it in countries outside the European Economic Area, in particular the United States; in that case the transfer is covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
6. How long we keep it
- Account and gameplay data: for as long as the account exists. If you request deletion, it is erased within 30 days.
- Finished matches: real-time match data is deleted shortly after the match ends; only the totals (wins, losses, points) remain on your profile.
- Server technical logs: retained by Google for a limited period according to Google Cloud default settings.
- Purchase receipts: retained by Google Play under its own policies, including after account deletion, for tax and refund obligations.
- Usage statistics (once active): retained by Google Analytics for Firebase according to the retention setting chosen in the project, and in any case no longer than 14 months for user-level and event-level data.
7. Your rights
At any time you may request to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and receive your data in a machine-readable format (portability).
To exercise these rights, write to luca.dinardo3@gmail.com from the email address you registered with. We reply within 30 days.

If you believe your data is being handled improperly you may lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or with the authority of the country where you live.
8. Children
Padel Duel is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data. In EU countries where the digital consent age is higher than 13, the local statutory age applies (14 in Italy). If you are a parent and believe your child created an account without your consent, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
Access to data is protected by Firebase security rules, which let each player read and write only their own data. Sensitive operations (credits, match results, purchases) run exclusively on the server, never in the app, precisely to prevent tampering. All traffic between app and server is encrypted over HTTPS. No system is invulnerable, but these are the measures we take.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change anything material we will update this page and the date at the top. If the change affects how we use your data, we will flag it inside the app at the next launch.
