1. Chi è il venditore
Out of the Court di Dinardo Luca, ditta individuale con sede in Modena, Italia, P.IVA IT04231760366.
2. Che cosa vendiamo
Solo crediti virtuali spendibili dentro Padel Duel.
4. Come si chiede un rimborso
Scrivi a info@outofthecourt.com indicando:
- l'indirizzo email dell'account di gioco;
- la data dell'acquisto e l'importo, oppure il numero d'ordine che trovi nella ricevuta;
Quindi:
- togliamo dal tuo saldo i crediti di quell'acquisto;
- se nel frattempo li hai spesi, il saldo scende a zero e si ferma lì: non va mai in negativo e non ti resta nessun debito;

This page explains what happens if you want your money back for a purchase made in Padel Duel. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. Who the seller is
Out of the Court di Dinardo Luca, a sole trader based in Modena, Italy, VAT number IT04231760366. The purchase contract is with us: not with Google, not with Stripe. Stripe collects the payment on our behalf, but we are the seller and it is us you ask for a refund.
2. What we sell
Only virtual credits spendable inside Padel Duel. It is digital content delivered immediately: credits appear in the game as soon as the payment confirmation reaches us, usually within seconds. Nothing is shipped and there is nothing to send back.
3. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer you have 14 days from the purchase to change your mind, and during that period you can ask for a refund without giving us a reason.
The law lets a seller of digital content exclude withdrawal when delivery is immediate and the customer expressly agrees. We do not rely on that: withdrawal remains available even if you have already used the credits.
4. How to ask for a refund
Write to info@outofthecourt.com and tell us:
- the email address of your game account;
- the date and amount of the purchase, or the order number shown on your receipt;
- the reason, if you want to give one: we only use it to see whether something needs fixing.
We normally reply within 2-3 working days. If the refund is due we issue it straight away: the money usually reaches your payment method within 5-10 working days, depending on your bank. We always refund to the method you paid with, at no cost to you.
5. What happens to the credits
Refund and credits go together: refunding the money and leaving you the credits would mean giving them away, and that is not what we are doing. So:
- we remove the credits from that purchase from your balance;
- if you have spent them in the meantime, the balance drops to zero and stops there: it never goes negative and you are left owing nothing;
- whatever you earned by playing (wins, goals, training) is untouched.
6. When we refund anyway, even after 14 days
- Credits paid for and never delivered. We first try to credit them by hand, which is usually what you want; if you prefer a refund, you get one.
- Double charge, or an amount different from the one shown before you confirmed.
- A purchase that was not yours, for example made by a minor without the consent of whoever is responsible for them, or by someone using your card.
- A failure on our side that made the game unusable for a significant period after your purchase.
7. When we do not refund
- Credits received for free: daily prize, goals, videos, welcome bonus. You did not pay for them, so there is nothing to give back.
- An account closed or suspended for breaching the terms (cheating, multiple accounts, exploiting bugs).
- Simply having lost your matches, or having spent credits in a way you later regret.
- Repeated requests that, taken together, amount to playing without paying.
None of this affects the rights the law gives you as a consumer and which cannot be waived by agreement.
8. Chargebacks
You can always dispute a charge with your bank, but writing to us is faster: a dispute takes weeks, an email usually a couple of days. If you see a charge you do not recognise, the descriptor on your statement is OOTC PADELDUEL.
